STABILAD - The ultimate ladder accessory

Ladder Accessory - StabiladLooking for Ladder Accessories? STABILAD is a simple to install step ladder accessory that will enhance your aluminium ladder safety, and make working at the top rung of extension ladders easier and stress free.

I'm John Dawson, I'm a glazier. I've worked at the top of step ladders for years! Like every other ladder user I've faced the problems of where to place equipment (tools, paint etc), how to easily get to them with one hand and where to rest panes of glass. Like you, I've dropped tools, spilt paint, experienced backache. See how Stabilad can make life safer and easier.
STABILAD allows you to work with both hands free at the top of the ladder Buy a Stabilad platform nowSo, based on my experience I invented STABILAD. It is simple. It is effective. I have had it tested by safety engineers. It is patented. It has been approved by the NZ Safety Council and tested to AS/NZ1892 Specs. It is easily installed onto almost all step ladders (if you cannot fit STABILAD, I suggest you probably should not be using a ladder!!)

Advantages of using Stabilad

  • STABILAD provides a 400mm x 300mm platform to safely hold your tools in between use. No more balancing tools, paint etc on narrow steps or hooks.
  • provides a large level platform to safely hold your paint at the top of the ladder, handy and central to the worker. One hand for yourself, the other for the job.
  • gives you more surface contact, prevents damage and gives more stability against walls. No need to tie rags etc. You are not waiting for the ladder to move because of lack of contact with the wall.
  • provides more stability while the ladder is folded. No need to open the ladder sideways to the job, standing on one foot and twisting the upper body to work

STABILAD is made in New Zealand. It is reasonably priced. You can order it here.
